Q. How
can I check my mail when I am traveling or at another computer without
downloading it all to the other machine?
A. Go to webmail.obii.net
to use our Web Mail service. It's a great way to check your mail
from anywhere.
Q. Why
does it say I have an invalid user name or password (691)? I know
I have it typed in right.
A. Many things cause this error. Double check the spelling
but more importantly, check to see that the username is followed
by @obii.net (i.e. obi00004@obii.net). Also, make sure you caps
lock key isn't on since the password is case sensitive. If you are
still having this problem, call to see
if your account is waiting on a payment and talk to our tech support
to determine if other settings may be interfering with the dial-up
connection.
Q. Where
do I send my payment? Can I use a Credit or Debit Card?
A. If you want to send us a check or money order, put your
username on it and send them to: P. O. Box 31608, Santa Fe, NM
87594. You can use Credit or Debit Cards, either automated by

Q. I
get allot of junk and spam e-mail! Can you guys fix that? Are you
sending it to me?
A. This is a major problem for everyone. To set one thing
straight, we never sell your e-mail address or give it away or anything.
We hate spam just as much as you do and no amount of money would
justify the mess it makes on our mail server. We hate it. That's
why we have setup a page on our site dedicated to spam solutions.
It's a growing project so check back often. You can find it under
Member Services on the menu and it's called Everything
E-mail. If you have any good sites that you think should be
mentioned or if you just have a suggestion, e-mail me about it.
Also, our new OBII email is spam and virus filtered on the server!
The virus filter is set up by default but the spam filter needs
you to log into your message center and create the rules.
